Pricing

All products are sold in pounds sterling and include VAT at the rate in the UK.

 

Availability

We try to hold stocks of all styles advertised on our website. However occasionally an item will be out stock (please check when telephoning). All delivery dates for special order items are estimates and subject to availability.

 

Special Order Items

All items ordered specially outside our usual stock, those with personalisation or custom-made are non-returnable.

 

Payment

We accept payment by cheque, switch, mastercard and visa. All payments must be cleared before stock is despatched.

 

Returns

Refunds will be made for any items returned (at customers expense) which are unused and are not damaged, within 14 days of receiving them. (This does not affect your statutory rights)

Returns will only be accepted on telephone notification and the production of a returns number.

 

Postage

Postage will be charged according to weight and our carriers weight rates at the time of despatch. Please check at the time of ordering for our standard rates of carriage.

Enquiries will only be dealt with between the following hours:-

Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 4:30 pm
Saturday 9:00 am – Noon
